This is my first year working with Jennifer and Murray Insurance Agency. She helped me to select the right FL Blue health plan for my family. Jennifer was very pleasant to work with. She is very friendly and a good communicator. We were able to schedule our appointments through texts and called each other to discuss the different health plans that are suitable. In no way, she was trying to rush me to make a decision and was able to provide answers I was looking for by asking others.

This is the third year that I have taken out my insurance with Roxana (Murray Insurance Agency) and I am very happy. She is very attentive and whenever I need any help, even after my insurance was renewed, she always helps me and gives me the information I need. My son also takes out insurance with her and we have never had any problems, quite the opposite, we only have good things to say! She even helps me when she is not working, I always recommend her to anyone who needs it. Thank you for everything Roxana! 🥰

Last calendar year — December 2023, I reached out to Murray Insurance Agency and was connected to Yessina. I was last minute moving from a COBRA plan to purchasing my own insurance. Yessina was very helpful through this process. She asked key questions to understand the best route for me — type health plan, eligibility for subsidies, and amount I could afford. When open enrollment for 2024 was open, the outreach was timely. While, I did not require any assistance during open enrollment because I was remaining withe same carrier the outreach was a nice reminder that I need to go online to my carrier’s site and review my plan for 2025. Very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. Many thanks to Yessina and the Murray Agency!
