I have been working with Yessenia Puente at Murray Insurance Agency and she has been amazing. I wanted to change from my state Part C Medicare Advantage plan to a part N plan. My state retirement system put a kink in my plan by placing me on another secondary plan. So it became very complicated between my state retirement system, Medicare, and the insurance plan I signed up with. Yessenia diligently helped resolve the complicated issue which I am very grateful for. Murray Insurance Agency should be most proud of her representing the agency. She is so professional and truly cares about my well being as health insurance is so important.
