If you have had a poor experience regarding your health insurance, it is because Tom Walyus didn’t prepare everything for you. With all of the hoops one needs to jump through with Obama Care, there is simply no way to wade through the waters on your own. Tom is an expert. Not only does he go to an unimaginable number of classes to know how to do it all but he also possesses another unique talent…he simply refuses to give up. He has called me late at night, still at his office because he knew that there was a deadline that could not be missed…who does this for their clients? Tom Walyus is the only agent I will every work with. His compassion, his devotion to excellence and his never give up attitude make him one in a million. If you have ever had issues with your health care or life insurance needs, call Tom. If your kids need coverage, call Tom. If you are aging into Medicare, call Tom. Truly, you will not go wrong!

I received excellent service when changing carriers at the beginning of the year. Their representative went out her way to explain the differences in plans, sorted through the Drs we use, and even compared costs to change plans a couple weeks later! There was confusion as to whether one of my Drs was “in network” or not. But after a couple phone calls that was resolved as well. Point being, they try to resolve your issues. I think they do care about their customers. Insurance is always a tough thing to deal with and they made it a pleasure!

Very helpful, especially Joe E. He has helped my husband and I with insurance for a few years now. A different agent starting helping us this year, she is not the nicest person but she gets the job done.
