The promptness of the callback from your agency to the helpfulness of the person that I spoke with.

In a nut shell it has been a nightmare getting my healthcare set up dealing with everyone passing the buck or not reviewing my file to know I have already submitted my information required from over a year ago otherwise I would not have coverage coming up for renewal let alone being placed under the wrong plan and not finding out till I go to my Primary Doctor and they let me know I am not covered under them. Murray Insurance not only fixed my plan to put me back on the right coverage but took accountability of all previous issues I had to deal with and resolved it. Kayon was professional and kept me notified of the entire process which took a few months to resolve. I feel bad for not remember her other colleague’s name that also helped it was I believe her name was Jan or Stephanie. I have since then referred many of my co-workers to Kayon at Murray Insurance as I was referred to her based on my co-workers experience with her. I can still call her direct line and she answers any concerns or questions I may have. As a matter a fact even when I call the main office number and Kayon is not available her co-workers are quick to help. Thanks again for everything you have done and keep doing!!!!
